Thank you for shopping at forhunna! We want you to have the best shopping experience possible, and we understand that there might be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. Please review our return policy below:
1. Return Eligibility:
- You may initiate a return request for items purchased from forhunna within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Products marked as “non-returnable”, “flash sale”, “promotional product cannot be returned”, as well as free gifts, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
2. Initiating a Return:
- To start the return process, please visit the 'Order History' section on our website and locate the specific order containing the item you wish to return.
- Click on the 'Return' button next to the item and follow the instructions provided to complete your return request.
- Please provide a reason for the return and any relevant details to help us improve our products and services.
3.Return Process:
Door-to-door delivery service is available within the United Arab Emirates. For customers in other countries, a self-delivery service is provided. You can contact For Hunna customer service for assistance, after which you can select your preferred shipping company and arrange to send the products at your own expense. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can handle the shipping through our own shipping company at no additional cost to you.
4. Refund Options:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. You can choose between two refund options:
- Gift Card: The refund amount will be issued as Gift Card , which you can use for future purchases.
- Original Payment Method: The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
-If you paid by cash on delivery COD, the amount will be returned to your forhunna as Gift Card and you can use it with the coupon code and points in your next purchase.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- We may require photos or additional information to assess the damage or defect before processing a return or exchange.
6. Exchange Requests:
- At this time, we do not offer automatic exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Forhunna reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. Please review the policy periodically for any changes.

9.Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
10.Refunds
Your order will be processed within 5 days once we receive your return package. The amount will be refunded by issued a Gift Card or original payment account of your choice.
